The MIC volunteer guides are ready to help non-natives in neighbourly cooperation with issues like doctor visits, bank transactions, etc. and to show them the local sights.
Daily life counselling
The daily counselling service helps non-natives to cope with problems they are faced with living in a foreign country and to adjust to daily life in Japan. Feel free to contact us anytime you are in need of support in daily life.
Home stay programme
The home stay programme offers non-natives the unique possibility to get an inside view to Japanese lifestyle and culture. There is a list of host families who are ready to accommodate people from overseas and who are interested in cultural exchange. For further information please contact our office.
Recycled household goods service
MIC collects household goods from local people to pass them on to foreigners living in Matsuyama. Come directly to or contact our office if you are interested.
There are several information pamphlets or newsletters for foreigners available at MIC; e.g. the "New Guide to Matsuyama" or the monthly "What's going on" bulletin edited by the MIC volunteer guide class.
Please contact us or pay a visit to our office to get more details about the pamphlets offered.
